الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بكوبونات

 مهرجان الكويت للتسوق

1. أهلية الحصول على الكوبونات:

• يــــحصل الــــعملاء عــــلى كــــوبــــون واحــــد لــــكل 10 د.ك يــــتم إنــــفاقــــها فــــي عــــملية شــراء واحــدة أو مــضاعــفاتــها )مــثال: 20 د.ك = 2 كــوبــونــات، 30 د.ك = 3 كوبونات.(

• يــمكن للشــركــات المــشاركــة إصــدار كــوبــونــات للمشــتريــات الــتي تــقل عــن 10 د.ك وفقا لتقديرها الخاص، مع إخطار المهرجان.

2. الإيصالات والاسترجاع:

• لا يـــمكن اســـترجـــاع أو اســـتبدال الســـلع المـــباعـــة إلا إذا تـــم تـــقديـــم الإيـــصال الأصلي وجميع الكوبونات الصادرة مع عملية الشراء.

• فــــي حــــالــــة اســــترداد المــــبلغ، تُــــعتبر الــــكوبــــونــــات الــــصادرة مــــع عــــملية الشــــراء

3. دمج الإيصالات:

• يــــمكن لــــلعملاء دمــــج عــــدة إيــــصالات مــــن نــــفس المتجــــر لــــلوصــــول إلــــى الحــــد الأدنى المؤهل للحصول على كوبونات 10د.ك.

4. المشاركة في السحوبات:

• كـل كـوبـون صـالـح لـلمشاركـة فـي سـحب واحـد فـقط ولا يـمكن اسـتخدامـه فـي سحوبات أخرى.

• يـجب مـلء الـكوبـونـات بـالمـعلومـات الـصحيحة ووضـعها فـي صـناديـق الـسحب المخصصة قبل الموعد النهائي للسحب.

5. الإيصال شرط لاستلام الجوائز:

• يـجب عـلى الـفائـز تـقديـم الجـزء الـخاص بـالـعميل مـن الـكوبـون الـفائـز وأصـل الفاتوره لإستلام الجائزه ، عدم تقديم أيا منها سيؤدى إستبعاد الفائز.

6. صلاحية الكوبونات:

• الـكوبـونـات صـالـحة فـقط خـلال فـترة مهـرجـان الـكويـت لـلتسوق مـن 21 يـنايـر 2025 إلى 31 مارس .2025

• تعتبر الكوبونات التالفة أو المعدلة أو المزورة غير صالحة.

7. الاستثناءات:

• المشــــتريــــات الــــتي تــــمت بــــاســــتخدام بــــطاقــــات الهــــدايــــا أو أرصــــدة المتجــــر أو القسائم الترويجية لا يستحق عنها كوبونات.

8. النشاطات غير القانونية:

• أي مـــحاولـــة احـــتيالـــية لـــلحصول عـــلى كـــوبـــونـــات أو بـــصوره غـــير قـــانـــونـــيه أو تــزويــرهــا ســتؤدي إلــى اســتبعاد المــشارك مــن الــسحب مــع اتــخاذ الإجــراءات القانونية اللازمة.

9. إرشادات عامة:

• المــشاركــة فــي ســحوبــات مهــرجــان الــكويــت لــلتسوق تــعني المــوافــقة عــلى هــذه الشروط والأحكام.

• إدارة حــــــمايــــــة المســــــتهلك بــــــوزارة الــــــتجارة والــــــصناعــــــة بــــــدولــــــة الــــــكويــــــت هــــــي المختصة بشأن أهلية الكوبونات ونتائج السحوبات وتعتبر نهائية.

10. تعديلات المهرجان:

• تــحتفظ إدارة المهــرجــان بــالــحق فــي تــعديــل أو تــغيير هــذه الشــروط والأحــكام دون إشعار مسبق.

• فــــــي حــــــال وقــــــوع ظــــــروف غــــــير مــــــتوقــــــعة، يــــــحق لــــــلمنظمين إلــــــغاء أو تــــــأجــــــيل السحوبات أو تعديل جدول المهرجان.

• عـلى الجـميع الإلـتزام بـالشـروط والـتعليمات المـنظمة لـلقانـون رقـم 2014/39

Terms and Conditions for

Kuwait Shopping Festival Coupons

1. Coupon Eligibility:

• Customers will receive 1 coupon for every 10 KWD spent in a single purchase or its multiples (e.g., 20 KWD = 2 coupons, 30 KWD = 3 coupons).

• Participating companies may issue coupons for under 10 KWD at their own discretion, with notice to the festival.

2. Receipts and Refunds:

• No refunds or exchanges of sold items will be processed unless accompanied by the original receipt and all coupons issued during the sale.

• Refunds void the coupons issued with the original purchase.

3. Receipt Combination:

• Customers may combine multiple receipts from the same store to meet the 10 KWD threshold for coupon eligibility.

4. Draw Participation:

• Each coupon is valid for participation in one draw only and cannot be reused for future draws.

• Coupons must be completed with accurate information and placed in the designated collection boxes before the cut-off time for the respective draw.

5. Receipt Requirement for Winners:

• The winner must present the customer’s portion of the winning coupon and the original receipt to claim the prize. Failure to provide will result in being disqualified.

6. Coupon Validity:

• Coupons are valid only during the Kuwait Shopping Festival period from January 21, 2025, to March 31, 2025.

• Coupons that are damaged, altered, or tampered with will be deemed invalid.

7. Exclusions:

• Purchases made using gift cards, store credits, or promotional vouchers are not eligible for coupons.

8. Fraudulent Activity:

• Any fraudulent attempt to obtain coupons, acquire them illegally, or forge them will result in the participant being disqualified from the draw, along with necessary legal actions being taken.

9. General Guidelines:

• Participation in the Kuwait Shopping Festival draws constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• The Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait is the authority responsible for the validity of coupons and the draw results, which are considered final.

10. Festival Modifications:

• The festival management reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers have the right to cancel or postpone the draws or modify the festival schedule.

• All participants must comply with the regulations and instructions of Law No. 39/2014, Executive Regulations No. 27/2015, and the Amended Decision No. 361/2015.
