The Green Island is one of the most prominent projects of the Touristic Enterprises Company, located along the Arabian Gulf Road. Established in 1988, it became the first of its kind as an artificial island in the entire GCC region. The artificial island extends over an area of approximately three kilometres, and is considered a unique destination for outdoor entertainment and recreation in the State of Kuwait.
