The Kuwait Maritime Museum is located in the southern building of the Eastern School, overlooking Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street in the Sharq district of Kuwait. It opened on January 10, 2010, after the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters restored the southern building of the school to make it suitable for establishing the museum.
